Experience
Xena joined Bishops in May 2023 after returning from living interstate. Xena graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts. Xena was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2022.
Xena predominantly practices in Family Law specialising in parenting matters. Xena also undertakes estate litigation work alongside Michael.
Xena has worked at Legal Aid Victoria, Oxfam and the Child Protection Litigation office and understands the personal and sensitive nature of family law. Xena’s commitment to delivering results for her clients and empathy allows her to dig deeper than just the legal issue and work with people to create personalised and practical solutions which will have an immediate and lasting effect. Xena hopes to assist family law clients in maintaining positivity in times of adversity.
Outside of the law, Xena enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and playing ice and inline hockey.
