Originally from the south of the State, Carmen graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2017. Upon admission she began practicing family law and commenced a Masters in Applied Law concentrating on Family Law. Carmen has joined Bishops in its Family Law practice area, advising on children and parenting, property, child protection, and child support matters. Carmen also appears in the Magistrates Court and the Federal Circuit Court.
